Sound familiar?

The businesses we work with most often aren't dealing with catastrophic IT failures. They're dealing with something more insidious - an IT provider that's technically "fine" but isn't moving the needle.

Staff are waiting too long

Tickets are raised. Hours pass. Work stops. Your team learns to work around IT rather than with it.

Found in most WA businesses

The same issues keep coming back

Your provider fixes the symptom. The root cause stays. You call again next week. Nothing improves.

Found in most WA businesses

Your provider has hit their limit

Laptops, passwords, email - they've got that covered. Ask about SharePoint governance, network architecture or Power Apps? Silence.

Common above 25 staff

Microsoft 365 is a mess

Permissions nobody understands. OneDrive files owned by people who left. SharePoint that no one uses properly. All sitting there, unmanaged.

Found in ~3 of 4 audits

You're not sure backups actually work

Your provider says backups are running. But when was the last time anyone tested a restore? Exactly.

Critical risk

The network is becoming a bottleneck

Slow Wi-Fi, site connectivity issues, devices that can't keep up - technology is supposed to enable your business, not drag it down.

Common in multi-site

Recognise three or more? You're not alone - and you don't have to stay there.

Reactive IT vs Managed Technology

There's a meaningful gap between a provider who responds to problems and a partner who prevents them. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Reactive IT Support
This is what Wolfe delivers
How issues are handled
Waits for you to report a problem
Monitoring alerts us before you know there's an issue
Support speed
Variable - depends on queue and priority
Structured SLA-backed response with defined escalation paths
Environment health
Stays the same or gets worse over time
Proactively identified, documented, and improved
Microsoft 365
Manages licences on request
Governs M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and security policies
Documentation
Rarely exists or is out of date
Maintained, current, and accessible
Roadmap & planning
Reactive to problems
Quarterly reviews, planned improvements and a technology roadmap
Device uptime
You notice when a PC, laptop or printer goes down
End-user devices monitored 24/7 - we're alerted the moment one drops offline and investigate before staff report it
Network uptime
You call when the internet or Wi-Fi stops working
Internet links, Wi-Fi, switches and firewalls actively monitored - outages flagged and triaged before they reach your inbox
Cyber security

Answers before you book.

How much does the Technology Audit cost?

Audits typically start from $1,000 for small to medium WA businesses, scoped to the size and complexity of your environment. If you proceed to managed services with us, we may credit the audit fee back against your onboarding or initial service fees.

What if we already have an IT provider?

That's the most common scenario. The audit is a structured, independent review - no obligation to switch. Many clients use it to validate (or challenge) their current provider's work, and to build a roadmap regardless of who delivers it.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. We don't believe in lock-in. The discovery call is free, the audit is a one-off engagement, and our managed services agreements are written to be exited fairly if we're not delivering value.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits run for one to two weeks of analysis, with a plain-English report delivered within 7 business days of fieldwork completion. We work around your team - no business disruption.

Do you support businesses outside Perth metro?

Yes. We support clients across WA - including the South West, Mid West and Pilbara - with a mix of remote support, scheduled site visits and partner technicians where needed.
